LOGISTIC GROUP LEADER – SITE (RBA LOGGL)

Qualification:

• Male max. 28 years old.
• 1 years experiences at the same level at Mining Company
• Familiar with SAP and Logistic Business Process
• Having Driver License Type BII is a must
• Willing to be based in East Kalimantan.

GENERAL AFFAIR GROUP LEADER– SITE (RBA GAGL)

Qualification:

• Male / Female max. 28 years old.
• Min. Bachelor degree, 2 years experiences at the same level in mining companies
• Capable to implement GA strategies to optimize the utilization of GA in the Company.
• Good Interpersonal relationship, good teamwork and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be based in East Kalimantan.

IT OFFICER– SITE (RBA ITOFC)

Qualification:

• Male / Female, Max. 28 years old
• D3/Bachelor degree Computer/Accounting from reputable university with GPA 3.00
• Having Exp min 2 years related function
• Good communication, team player, analytical, interpersonal skill, pleasant personality and self driven
• Able to work well under tight schedules and under pressure
• Willing to be based in East Kalimantan

SHE GROUP LEADER - SITE (RBA SHEGL)

Qualification:

• Male / Female max. 28 years old
• Min. Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma of K3
• Min. 2 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Having AK3 competency certificate is a must.
• Good knowledge of Accident prevention, Fire prevention, HSE procedure, HIRA, Inspection, Emergency response, investigation accident, audit process.
• Willing to be based in East Kalimantan.

MAINTENANCE GROUP LEADER - SITE (RBA MAINTGL)

Qualification:

• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor / Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 3 years experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management at the same level
• Familiar and able to do Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance
• Has experienced in mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry planning of mechanical repair
• Preferably held a "POP" competency certificate
• Based in East Kalimantan.

TRAINER MECHANICAL / OPERATOR - SITE (RBA INSTMECH)

Qualification:

• Male max. 35 years old.
• 3 years experiences at the same level in mining companies.
• Having Training of Trainer (TOT) Certificate is a must
• Ability to teach (in-class & field practical)
• Based in East Kalimantan.

FA OFFICER – SITE (RBA FAOFC)

Qualification:

• Male/Female, max 28 years old
• Bachelor degree Majoring in Economy, Finance and Accounting
• Having related experience at least 1 year(s) in preparing for financial report and analysis of financial report
• Having knowledge in SAP, Accounting software and financial analysis.
• Self driven, able to manage and control deliverables and deadline with less supervision
• English passive
• Computer literate, especially Excel/Spreadsheet form
• Will be placed in Jakarta (Head Office)

RECRUITER – SITE (RBA REC)

Qualification:

• Male/Female, max 28 years old
• Bachelor degree Majoring in Psychology
• Having knowledge & related experience at least 1 year in administration, scoring & interpretation for Psychotest
• Self driven, able to manage and control deliverables and deadline with less supervision
• Computer literate, especially Excel
• Willing to be placed at East Kalimantan

MECHANIC HEAVY EQUIPMENT – SITE (RBA MECH)

Qualification:

• Male max. 35 years old.
• 5 years experiences as Mechanic in mining companies.
• Having Basic Mechanic Course Certificate is a must
• Based in East Kalimantan.

OPERATOR – EXCAVATOR, HD, DOZER, GRADER (RBA OPR)

Qualification:

• Male max. 35 years old.
• 1 years experiences as Heavy Equipment Operator at Mining Company
• Having Driver License Type BII is a must
• Based in East Kalimantan.
